JOB PROFILE:
- Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets set by Management
- Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers, and take ownership of tender submissions, ensuring they are submitted before deadlines.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the products & stay updated on industry trends to better address customer needs.
- Understand the requirements of government tenders and quotations, and propose suitable solutions aligned with customer specifications.
- Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective government sector accounts and maintain a strong working relationship to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide necessary documents and information to the secretary for tender/proposal preparation in advance.
- Safeguard all company information, including pricing, promotions, and other confidential matters.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Professional qualifications in Sales/marketing or equivalent academic background.
- Should have 01-02 years of experience in sales & handling quotations/tenders in government sector accounts.
- Excellent knowledge in computer products & strong relationship with government organizations. Should be below 35 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala languages, both oral and written.
- Should be a self-motivator who can work with minimum supervision and has the ability to work in a flexible working environment.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and must be a team player who has a can-do attitude.
