JOB DESCRIPTION
HEAD OF IT
Formulate and execute comprehensive IT strategies, policies, and protocols aligning with organizational objectives to optimize operational efficiency and drive business success.
- Oversee the management and administration of the IT infrastructure, encompassing networks, servers, storage systems, and security protocols, ensuring their unified operation and adherence to Industry standards.
- Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to distinguish technological requirements and proffer appropriate solutions that enhance operational capabilities and facilitate strategic growth.
- Supervise the conceptualization, development, and upkeep of websites and web-based applications, ensuring their alignment with organizational objectives and user requirements.
- Assume leadership in the end-to-end implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, overseeing integration processes to ensure a smooth transition and effective utilization across departments.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the IT team, fostering their professional growth and development through knowledge-sharing and skills-enhancement Initiatives.
PREREQUISITES
- Hands-on experience in hospitality-related systems.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role in a reputed hospitality-related establishment.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating with business leaders to drive the effectiveness of the IT department.
- Professional qualifications such as Microsoft and Cisco are desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage large-scale IT projects from conception to implementation. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
