GENERAL MANAGER

SALES TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct assessments, identify and analyze gaps to develop targeted training solutions.
  • Develop comprehensive training material, modules, and workshops to enhance the skills and performance.
  • Oversee the execution of training programs while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Track and measure the impact of training initiatives on sales performance.
  • Develop and manage budgets for training activities, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of trainers or sales training specialists, providing guidance and support.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. An MBA would be an added advantage.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the field of people development with over 5 years' experience in leading a team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey information and engage learners.
