CEYLON TAPES (PVT) LTD, MEMBER OF LANKEM PLC, WE ARE PIONEER SUPPLYING OF PACKING TAPES OVER 30 YEARS. WE PRODUCE AND SALES ALL TYPES OF PACKING TAPES TO BOTH LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL MARKETS. ACCOUNTANT
WE ARE SEEKING A DYNAMIC AND ENERGETIC ACCOUNTANT WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPERVISING AND ORGANIZING OUR FINANCE TEAM AND ALSO TO SUPPORT TO THE HEAD OF FINANCE. ACCOUNTANT OVERSEES THE ACCOUNTING/FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING ACTIVITIES OF THE COMPANY AND IS RESPONSIBLE FOR BUDGET PLANNING AS WELL AS SUPPORTING HIGHER MANAGEMENT TEAM IN OFFERING INSIGHTS AND FINANCIAL/ ACCOUNTS ADVISES THAT WILL ALLOW THEM TO MAKE THE BEST BUSINESS DECISIONS FOR THE COMPANY. THE ROLE OF ACCOUNTANT IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE BUSINESS IN THAT IT ALSO INVOLVES THE MANAGEMENT OF EXTERNAL PARTNERS AND COLLABORATION WITH NUMEROUS INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree with Member of the ICASL, CIMA, or ACCA.
- Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving ability to deliver under challenging environment/tight deadlines with excellent analytical skills, business acumen, ability to demonstrate positive attitude, drive and initiation.
- Exceptional management skills including people management, organizing and planning budgets, capacity planning & maximizing operational efficiency of the department.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. A persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent presentation skills with an aptitude to work in an electronically networked and integrated system environment.
- Exposure in working SAP ERP system would be an added advantage.
- Age below 40 years.
