ASSISTANT MANAGER
SALES & MARKETING

Candidate Profile
- Qualification in sales, marketing & customer orientation.
- A minimum of 4 years of previous experience in the Solar industry will be an added benefit.
- Outstanding personality with strong interpersonal, PR & communication skills.
- Good command in English and Sinhala. Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge and experience working in ERP or CRM.
- Well-developed computer literacy skills in MS office.
- A valid driving license (car/ bike) is a must.
- Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, good time management, and task prioritization skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Explore and implement new marketing trends and technologies to stay ahead in the industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media partners, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
