We are a maritime services provider with a clientele from Europe to the Far East. We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Operations Executive to join our team and contribute to the success of our maritime operations.

Requirements:
- Two years working experience.
- Proficiency in Ship Agency Services in relation to port formalities will be an added advantage.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders including port, customs and immigration officials etc.
- Ability to attend to field work such as visiting ports, airports, etc. as required.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected challenges.
- Working knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel, and email.
- Should possess a valid motorcycle license (Optional).
- Should be able to work extended hours/night shifts if required.
