SALES AND MARKETING COORDINATOR/ RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
REQUIREMENTS
- Age between 22-35
- Minimum 03-year experience in a similar capacity
- Extremely fluent in English
- Highly motivated and result-oriented
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop recruitment goals and objectives
- Search resume databases for ideal candidates
- Carefully review applicants and identify the most qualified for a given position
- Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
- Experience in a sales environment with a thirst for more
- Generate and identify new business while also supporting with existing clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all interviewed candidates
The successful candidate would be offered with a competitive remuneration package based on qualifications and working experience
