BRANCH MANAGER

Immediate Vacancy.
We are microfinance company and seeking applications for the position of Branch Manager. Interested candidates meeting the following criteria are encouraged to apply online.
Requirements:
- Passed G.C.E Advanced Level
- Should be able to achieve given target
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Possess valid Motorbike/driving license Minimum 5 years' experience similar vacancy
Job responsibilities:
- Find out about unpaid debts
- Plan actions to recover money due
- Find and contact borrowers
- Update account status and database regularly
- Staff should be recruited as required
- Legal issues in the branch should be resolved Monthly target should be achieved
- Handle customer queries or complaints
- Negotiate payment terms and payment plans
- Build trust with borrowers
- Identify gaps in the system and recommend solutions
