Position Overview: The Customer Service Executive serves as the main point of contact for clients, offering exceptional support through phone and email. The role also involves maintaining our social media presence and assisting with sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Maintain and update customer records and databases.
- Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Manage social media profiles, including posting updates and engaging with the audience.
- Support sales growth and identify opportunities for business improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with social media platforms for business use.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in construction or woodworks, is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications: Female candidates preferred.
