Assistant Showroom Manager
We are a premium Baby and Children's clothing retail brand. We are looking for dynamic team players to be based at our showroom in Colombo 04 or One Galle Face.
If you possess a strong track record of surpassing sales targets you may apply for this pivotal role in driving our sales team to new heights.
Requirements
- Proven working experience in retail field
- Proficiency in English
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instruction and work independently on projects
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
Job Profile
- Managing and Motivating the team to increase sales
- Maintaining the operational cost efficiency
- Managing Stock Levels
- Managing outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Following up and Coordinate about the Customer Orders with the factory
- Building strong relationship with the team and as well as Customers
- Responding to customer Complaints and Comments
- Training staff in effective sales and communication strategies
