Showroom Manager/ Assistant Manager - Dankotuwa
Anura Trade Center is a leading import & distribute company in Sri Lanka & it is located in Dankotuwa town. We are seeking an accomplished and visionary individual to join our team as a Manager - Showroom/Assistant Manager - Showroom, driving excellence and innovation within our showroom operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all facets of daily showroom operations, including opening & closing procedures.
- Lead, guide & motivate the showroom sales team to surpass sales targets and uphold service standards.
- Conduct comprehensive coaching and training sessions for sales associates, enhancing their product knowledge and sales proficiency.
- Analyze sales metrics, identify trends and develop strategies to propel sales growth.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues and nurturing a welcoming showroom atmosphere.
- Manage inventory, contribute to strategic visual merchandising initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the broader management team to devise and implement sales promotions and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record in retail sales with demonstrable success in a managerial role.
- Exceptional leadership skills and adeptness in team management.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to a customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Strong history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
