We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Management Associate, Department of Quantity Surveying at the Faculty of Engineering.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation and processing of Visiting Lecturer applications and payments
- Handling and organizing department's administrative records, documents, and administrative coordination activities with partner universities
- Attending to student inquiries related to enrollments and canvas access
- Obtaining and processing student feedback
- Organizing department events and other discussion forums as and when required
Minimum Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university/institution.
- At least two years of work experience after obtaining the educational qualification.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
