Credit Recovery Officer
As a Credit Recovery Officer at EWIS Peripherals, you will be responsible for managing and minimizing delinquent accounts receivable to protect the organization's financial interests.
You will implement strategies to recover outstanding debts, negotiate payment arrangements with clients, and maintain accurate records of all collection activities.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to analyze complex financial situations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines to achieve project objectives.
- Ability to negotiate payment plans, settlements, etc.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with credit recovery, debt collection, financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit evaluation.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations about debt collection practices.
- Experience in banking, lending institutions and financial services.
- Proficiency in using financial software, database, and Microsoft office application.
