Deputy General Manager - Engineering
(Contract Basis)
for Sri Lanka's Largest Retail Chain
Qualifications:
- External Candidates: ( 1 or 2 below)
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical or Electrical engineering which is recognized by the U.G.C. or Part I/II/III in IESL with Associate membership of IESL
- A Postgraduate Degree qualification (Masters') in the relevant field
- Minimum of 15 years' experience at a "Managerial Level" out of which 05 years of experience should be at Senior Managerial Level with a proven track record in a Corporation, Statutory Board / Institution or a reputed private institution
- Fellow Membership of a recognized professional Chartered Institution in a related field to the post (IESL)
- Should be not less than 35 years and not more than 60 years
Salary & Other Allowances:
Negotiable
Nature of appointment:
Contract Basis with entitlement to E.P.F and E.T.F.
The Ideal Candidates should also:
- Have experience in a reputed commercial or multi-national organization in a similar capacity
- Have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizing skills with the ability to evaluate, review, interpret data, and should be a highly self-motivated individual
- Possess strong leadership qualities and interpersonal communication skills
- Be able to demonstrate good IT skills
- A proven ability to lead and direct multi-disciplinary teams
