Warehouse Executive
Location: Wadduwa
As Warehouse Executive in our dairy processing factory, you will be entrusted to manage day to day warehouse operation/ transactions in an accurate manner. You will closely work with the Warehouse Manager and expect to carry out your job role independently. You will be joining a team of experienced professionals in the field of Warehouse & Distributions and will pave your way for a mutually beneficial career within the Group. This position is based in our subsidiary company Richlife Dairies Ltd at Wadduwa.
Key job functions;
- Adherance to Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions of Warehouse.
- Preparation of accurate reports on day to day warehouse transactions.
- Implementation of cost-effective initiatives to ensure warehouse operation.
- Conducting physical stock counts on a daily basis to verify system data with actual data.
- Ensure zero damages to stored products inside the warehouse.
- Maintain FIFO system & zero expiry of products inside the warehouse.
- Monitor loading and unloading process and prepare management reports.
- Monitor & maintain engineering stores.
- Ensure Health & Safety of employees and accident-free work environment.
The ideal candidate should have the following prerequisites;
- Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institute.
- Minimum 03 years of hands-on experience in a similar capacity (Experience of stores management in a manufacturing/ FMCG organization would be an added advantage).
- Good working knowledge in MS office package (Specially in MS Excel).
- Willing to work in a pressure environment to challenge deadline. • Age below 30 years.
