RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage floor operations and staff to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure smooth Quality Assurance processes in line with approved quality plans.
- Conduct root cause analysis for rejections/customer complaints and implement defect minimization procedures.
- Validate quality processes, establish product specifications, and document evidence.
- Oversee document management procedures as per company quality management system.
- Monitor and optimize quality assurance methods, tools, and equipment.
PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree in Production/ Materials/Chemical/Mechanical/ Process Engineering or related field.
- 8-10 years' experience in manufacturing, with 5 years in a similar high-tech manufacturing role.
- Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma techniques.
- Familiarity with aluminium extruded profiles, alloy specifications, and quality standards.
- Proficient in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 50001:2018, SLS, and Green Label documentation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
