As a Travel Experience Product Specialist at TFG, you will play a pivotal role in designing and refining unique travel experiences across Sri Lanka. You'll collaborate with top industry professionals who will provide guidance and mentorship as you transition to independently managing your projects. Tasks And Responsibilities:
- Scout and identify distinctive travel experiences throughout Sri Lanka tailored to our discerning clientele.
- Source and cultivate relationships with potential suppliers and experienced hosts that align with TFG's high standards and client expectations.
- Deeply understand the desires and expectations of sophisticated travelers to enhance our service offerings.
- Curate high-quality travel experiences that exceed client expectations.
- Manage ongoing relationships with suppliers and experienced hosts to ensure outstanding service delivery.
- Promote and advocate for new experiences within the organization.
- Engage in content creation, photography, and videography to enhance our promotional efforts (preferred but not essential).

Desirable Competencies and Skills:
- Proven ability to conceptualize, define, and curate exceptional travel products and experiences.
- Strong knowledge of travel planning, logistics, and the cultural landscape of Sri Lanka.
- Creative content creation, photography, and videography skills are highly desirable.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Destination Management Company or similar role.
