TRAVEL INVESTMENTS (PVT) LIMITED is an emerging travel company in Colombo, Sri Lanka seeking a
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Travel Assistance/Travel Executive.
- Responsible for booking flight reservations, issuing tickets, and providing support to clients throughout the travel booking process.
- Coordinate with airlines, travel suppliers, and other partners to confirm reservations, resolve booking issues, and address customer inquiries.
- Stay informed about airline policies, fare rules, and industry regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients.
- Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and rebooking of flights, and manage associated fees and penalties.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.
- 2 years minimum experience in travel or tourism industry.
- Experience in working GDS systems and hands on experience in "Sabre".
- Familiarity with airline routes, schedules, fare structures, travel regulations, visa requirements, and travel insurance options will be an advantage.
