QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, CostX or similar.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fresh graduates
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards related to construction and quantity surveying is often required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to identify issues, analyze problems, and propose effective solutions
