Job Profile

Active and dynamic involvement throughout the project tendering process.
Thoroughly reviewing tender documents, drawings, specifications, and other bid documents.
Participating in pre-tender meetings/site visits.
Engaging in effective communication with clients and consultants to address deficiencies or defects in tender offers.
Taking responsibility for preparing contractor bids and proposals, including assessing pricing, qualifications, and technical capabilities during the tendering processes.
Preparation of technical and commercial offers under company standards within given timelines.
Providing timely updates and comprehensive reports on tendering activities and cost performance to the management.
Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to align efforts and achieve company objectives, resulting in successful tendering outcomes.

Qualifications, Experience and Other Attributes

B.Sc. Degree in Quantity Surveying with more than 6 years post-qualifying experience in the tendering process.
Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying would be an added advantage.
Thorough understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and bidding procedures.
Analytical thinking skills and ability to make decisions based on business intelligence.
Proficiency in cost estimation and documentation software for budgeting and financial analysis.
Effective communication with a wide variety of individual & professional groups.
(Age below 45 years.)
