ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER - WEB DEVELOPMENT
eMarketingEye is an internationally acclaimed digital marketing agency based in Sri Lanka, working with over 1200 clients across 45+ countries. We specialize in providing digital marketing solutions to the travel & hospitality industry offering a wide range of services from website design and development to performance-driven search marketing, SEO, social media campaigns, and web analytics solutions.
Responsibilities
- Project requirement gathering and documenting for external and internal sign-off and deriving project plans by working with internal stakeholders to fulfill external stakeholder expectations.
- Being the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholder communication and maintaining proactive communication for proper expectation management. Additionally, will have to get involved in scheduling and participating in external and internal meetings.
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders/teams to ensure all deliverable timelines are met, communicating project status, and flagging any minor/major issues to internal and external stakeholders along with suggestions for alternatives.
- Conducting a final requirement check against the Requirement and Functional Specification document before forwarding the project deliverables for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Information Technology/IT/Computer Science/ Project Management
- At least 2 years of experience in web project management or related roles.
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide team members to meet project goals and deadlines
- Proven ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and find effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple international & local projects simultaneously
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and content creators
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes in project scope, priorities, and requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation, timelines, and deliverables
- Industry-specific professional qualification(s) would be an added advantage
