MANAGER EXAMINATIONS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality of the Examination process
- Ensuring and improving the quality assurance of examination process
- Ensuring that question papers with marking schemes are finalized as per the AAT curriculum
- Supervision of marking evaluation and attending matters relevant to marking examiners
- Ensuring the accuracy of budget preparation and payment arrangements related to examinations
- Attending inquiries of students and members related to Examinations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Management from a recognized university
- Member of CA Sri Lanka
- Member of AAT Sri Lanka will be an added advantage
- Minimum three years of post-qualifying experience in a recognized organization (Experience in examination related work in an educational institute would be an added advantage)
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for learning
- Excellent oral and written skills in Sinhala and English
- Team player with positive working attitude
- Ability to work independently as a part of team and meet deadline with minimum supervision
- Age below 35 years
