EXPORT EXECUTIVE
Lanka Spice (Pvt) Limited, brand owners of the renowned brand "Mc Currie" has been a leader for over 39 years, producing authentic Sri Lankan products. The company's product range consists of whole, powdered, and blended spices and ready-to-eat jar products. The company is in search of a young dynamic, results-oriented candidate to fill the below position at our organization.
Key Characteristics & Responsibilities:
- A proven track record and experience of a minimum of 1 year in export Business Development and Export Sales in FMCG products, preferably in the Spices and Spice related products.
- Ability to work proactively in growing export revenues and prospecting new customers.
- Establishing, retaining, and growing export customer relationships, and ensuring continuous growth in the export sales of the organization.
- Ability to initiate discussion, carry out negotiations, and conclude export sales.
- Knowledge of export regulations, trade laws, and customs procedures, both domestic and international will be an advantage, though not mandatory.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with international clients, government agencies, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, performance metrics, and financial data related to exports.
Qualifications:
- University Degree professional qualification in Marketing disciplines or an equivalent higher educational qualification.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office packages.
- Having good communication skills.
