Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Sinhala language lessons that inspire and motivate students to excel academically and personally.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate and express themselves confidently.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through regular assignments, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum content, teaching materials, and educational initiatives that enhance the overall learning experience.
Requirements:
- 2+ years teaching experience
- Degree/Diploma in Education
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Pleasing personality & interpersonal skills
