KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases for telecommunications products and services, including mobile applications, network infrastructure, and customer-facing portals.
- Identify, record, and track defects to resolution, working closely with development teams to ensure timely fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure that testing efforts align with business objectives.
- Perform performance testing to assess system scalability and reliability under various load conditions.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support regression testing activities to verify software quality and stability across multiple releases.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in telecommunications and quality assurance.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
