The Ideal Candidate Shall Have,

Professional qualification in HR.
Experience in HR management with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge in HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Strong understanding of labor law, regulation, and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive organizational success.
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing HR teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong teams.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities,

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's objectives. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, Attract and retain talent.
Create and implement comprehensive talent management, including planning and employee development.
Ensure compliance with labor law, regulations, and industry best practices.
Provide guidance and coaching to employees.
Be updated with all HR trends.
Oversee all HR related matters and head the HR team.
