Sales Manager (Membership Manager)
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 - 7 years relevant experience and a postgraduate degree
- Experience in managing a high-quality sales services and end-to-end operation including Contact Centre, Direct Sales, Customer Service, Fulfilment, and Reporting.
- Experience in managing a P&L
- Prior experience in high-quality services domain would be an advantage.
- Strong written and communication skills in English.
