BPO ASSOCIATE
The Smart Avenue (PVT) Ltd is a rapidly growing BPO Service Provider, servicing a leading logistic provider in Canada and we have immediate ENTRY LEVEL vacancies available in our logistic team.
The candidates should be able to work from our office in Colombo-05, and should possess the following requirements.
- Excellent command in English, both written and verbal communication
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work on shift basis to support 24/7 operations and be flexible to work on night shifts
- Proficiency in MS office package, especially with MS Excel
- Strong organisational skills, attention to details and ability to prioritize workload
- Prior experience in logistics or client support would be advantageous
