Job Position: Guest Service Associate
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs following established procedures.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate special requests to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments for smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of hotel management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
