Post of Assistant Manager - Production
Metshu Exports (Pvt) Ltd is a leading exporter of coconut products in Sri Lanka. We seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager - Production to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in a similar role. The position is full-time and offers competitive salary and benefits.
Job Description
- Ensuring that production is completed before deadlines.
- Liaising and coordinating production with other departments.
- Planning, coordinating, and controlling of operational processes.
- Responsible for whole production functions in the company by ensuring efficient production functions and machine utilization.
- Utilize resources efficiently including manpower allocation.
- Maintain compliance, regulations, standards, and company operating procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/ Diploma with coursework in food production management.
- Minimum 03 - 04 years of working experience in a similar capacity in the food industry.
- Ability to confidently and proactively supervise a production team.
- Competence with computer-based administrative record-keeping and procurement systems.
