QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Head Office Colombo
- B.Sc. (Hons) Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum of 03 years of experience in building projects
- Experience in Contract Administration
- Experience in costing with the use of Revit Software will be considered as an added advantage
QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Site - Pannala
- B.Sc. (Hons) Degree with 03 years experience or NCT - QS with 6 years experience in building projects
- Should be familiar with post-contract duties and responsibilities of building projects
PLANNING ENGINEER
- B.Sc. Engineering and PGDip./Masters Degree in Construction Project Management
- Minimum of 12 years experience in construction projects
- Experience in planning/programming with resource schedules (MS PROJECT/PRIMAVERA)
- Experience working with the Primavera Programme will be considered an added advantage
ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER - Head Office Colombo
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 05 years experience in building projects
- Experience in Revit Software will be considered as an added advantage
TECHNICAL OFFICERS - Mechanical/Electrical/ICT - Site in Kandy/Colombo
NCT or equivalent qualification in a relevant field with 8 years of experience in building projects
REVIT TECHNICIANS
- Revit Technicians - Architectural and Structural with a Minimum of 02 years of experience in building projects
- Revit Technicians MEP with a minimum of 02 years of experience in a building project
