Manager - Savings

Key Responsibilities
- Ability to assess market opportunities on savings product.
- Building up mutually benefited partnerships with individuals, institutions, and corporate customers in sourcing business.
- Ensure fresh / revised policies relating to the product are prepared and ratified through audits and board sub-committees during regular reviews and make necessary corrections. Staff training on policies/corrective action is also part of this role to ensure compliance and risk management. • Ensure operational efficiency and compliance in relation to regulatory / internal policy accepted norms.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience primarily in savings in NBFI / Bank sector, out of which at least 02 years in the managerial grade. Prior experience in sourcing savings product through a branch network, and reasonable knowledge of operating a department as a profit center are definite advantages.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory/compliance is required.
- Possession of a degree and/or full / part professional qualification in related discipline. Possession of an MBA, though not essential but will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and provide leadership to a team.
