Chief Steward Job Description:
Looking for an energetic individual with an outgoing and pleasing personality who possesses leadership skills and able to maintain company brand standards and service excellence. Ideal candidate should have good communication skills and computer literacy. To excel in this role, you must be approachable, detail-oriented and be able to manage operations efficiently and effectively with a "Yes I Can" spirit. Proven experience in a similar capacity for at least 5 years in a reputed star class hotel is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate should:
- Lead and manage the Stewarding team in all aspects of the department and ensure S.O.P.
- Maintain and set back-of-the-house health and safety requirements.
- Ensure the kitchen complies with ISO 22000 and HACCP standards.
Barmaid Job Description:
Ability to uplift dining and beverage experience to the guests. Ideal candidate should possess an outgoing personality, good command of English, and communication skills. To excel in this role, you must be approachable and detail-oriented with proven hospitality work experience of at least 5 years in a reputed star class hotel. Teamwork and attention to detail are key skills that are looked for. Should be able to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays as and when required.
