Account Manager: FinTech (Institutional Clients)
Yara Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, is a fast-growing EdFinTech company rapidly transforming the fintech ecosystem via our digital platforms targeting the education and corporate sectors.
We are looking for entrepreneurial and dynamic individuals with 3-5 years of experience in Sales and/or Account Management to join our team as an Account Manager for institutional accounts.
Role Encompasses
- Utilize effective communication strategies to manage client relationships
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products
- Work collaboratively with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Development
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client retention, upsell revenue, and overall customer satisfaction
- Assist in client acquisition
Skills Required
- Proven experience in account management, sales
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Possess or sitting for a Bachelor's degree in either Business Administration, Sales or related field
