Account Manager: FinTech (Institutional Clients)

Yara Technologies (Pvt) Ltd, is a fast-growing EdFinTech company rapidly transforming the fintech ecosystem via our digital platforms targeting the education and corporate sectors.

We are looking for entrepreneurial and dynamic individuals with 3-5 years of experience in Sales and/or Account Management to join our team as an Account Manager for institutional accounts.

Role Encompasses

  • Utilize effective communication strategies to manage client relationships
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Development
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client retention, upsell revenue, and overall customer satisfaction
  • Assist in client acquisition

Skills Required

  • Proven experience in account management, sales
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Possess or sitting for a Bachelor's degree in either Business Administration, Sales or related field
