QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or Biochemistry as subjects from a recognized university.
- Proven experience in quality assurance within the food or beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of quality control processes, including raw material inspection, in- process monitoring, and finished product testing.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (ISO Standards, FSSC, HACCP, and GMP, etc.) to guarantee the safety and integrity of our products.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements to enhance product quality and streamline operations.
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality specifications and standards, and conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning. Flexibility to work on Shift Basis.
