PRE-SALES TECHNICAL ASSOCIATE
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pre-Sales Technical Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process to assist in winning new business opportunities. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops to showcase our solutions to potential customers.
- Assess customer environments and provide tailored technical recommendations and solutions.
- Respond to technical inquiries and requests for proposal (RFPs) with comprehensive and accurate information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical challenges and proposing suitable solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Assist in the development of sales collateral, including technical documentation, case studies, and solution briefs.
Requirements
- Possess Bachelor's degree in IT.
- Strong understanding of Cloud technologies.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about business challenges.
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, presentations, and events.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Cisco, Java) are a plus.
- Experience in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
