Construction
We, a construction company, immediately require the following personnel for ongoing construction projects at Colombo and Head Office Kurunegala.
Requirements:
-
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
⚫ Bsc with 3yrs experience (IQSSL Accredited degree) or HND(QS)/NCT(QS) with 6yrs experience or equivalent.
• Experience in High-rise buildings construction projects.
• Preference to candidates with budgeting, cost planning and related activities.
• Experience in tendering or contract administration would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
• Preparation of monthly cost reports.
• Assisting bill preparation
• Assisting project management team.

TECHNICAL OFFICER (CIVIL)
⚫ NCT(Civil) or Equivalent with 4 yrs experience in High-rise buildings projects

Responsibilities:
• Supervision of construction works
• Quality Controls of construction works
• Organizing construction works
• Labour management
• Assisting project quantity surveyors

BUILDINGS FINISHING FOREMAN / SUPERVISOR
⚫ BCT / NVQ Level 4 certificate with 4 yrs experience or Equivalent

Responsibilities:
• Supervision of works & labour
• Arranging works at site
• Keeping site records
