AUDIT SUPERVISORS
Gajma & Co is a multidisciplinary firm of chartered accountants, established in 1996 and provides services in the fields ranging from Taxation, Audit and Assurance, Accounting, Advisory and the related Professional services. We are a member of Crowe Global, one of the leading global accounting networks with over 200 independent accounting and advisory firms in more than 145 countries.
We are currently looking for self-motivated candidates to join our Audit and Assurance team for the openings of Audit Supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the audit teams for timely completion of audit field works and review the audit files
- Preparation and compilation of audit documentation in line with the firm's audit methodology
- Ensuring the final deliverables are in compliance with the firm's audit methodology and performance standards
Requirements:
- Partly qualified in CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIMA or similar professional background
- Two years work experience in a firm of Chartered Accountants in a similar capacity
- Knowledge in accounting and auditing standards
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Computer literacy in MS Excel and MS Word
- Eager to learn and comply
- Experience in supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff members
- Ability to meet strict time targets / reporting deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
