Qualifications & Skills:
- A member or a finalist of CA, ACCA, or CIMA and a Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Management from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a medium/large scale business environment.
- Hands-on experience in accounting software.
- Proficient in MS Office application and data analysis tools.
Competencies:
- Team-oriented and the ability to manage with minimum supervision in a high-pressure environment.
- Self-motivated and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Close proximity to Battaramulla will be an added advantage.
