VACANCY
Maliban Biscuit Manufactories (Pvt) Ltd, is a World Class Producer of quality Biscuits for over half a century with an extensive distribution network and exports to Europe, North America, Middle East and Africa, making Maliban a truly Global Company.
Due to rapid expansion in our operations we are seeking a dynamic, self motivated and result oriented individual to fill the following position immediately.
Position Available: EXPORT ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare sales orders with special instructions for customer orders using SAP.
- Generate proforma invoices/quotations for direct and indirect exporters using SAP.
- Coordinate the pick list and arrange shipment samples according to the loading schedule.
- Liaise with the sales and accounts departments, ensuring up-to-date information in SAP (including finish product pricing, adjustment of short shipments, etc.).
- Prepare weekly order reports detailing confirmed, pending, and delivered goods.
- Compile monthly sales reports and disseminate them to the export team.
- Gather country-wise sales data and present it to the Head of Department (HOD) monthly.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Proficient in Excel, with Power BI skills being an advantage.
- Skilled in data analysis and PowerPoint presentations.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Willing to work extended hours when necessary.
- Proficiency in English is must.
- Age below 35.
