Executive/Junior Executive - HR
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling the entire recruitment process by creating job descriptions, creating / posting job advertisements and efficiently & effectively conduct factory level employee Interviews.
- Maintaining personal files by collecting documents, entering data and maintain the new recruit database in a timely manner. Meal payment handling.
- Issuance of letters in relation to employment and timely renewal of contract & handling the confirmations.
- Initiate and execute employee engagement activities.
- Conduct employee relations initiatives and help to resolve work place issues.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree/CQHRM/Higher National Diploma or Partial Qualification in Human Resources Management from a recognized University or Institute.
- Minimum 3 years work experience in similar capacity.
- Should be in the age range of 25 to 30 years.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well with co-workers.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
