REVENUE MANAGER
Taj Samudra Colombo, a renowned luxury hotel, is seeking highly skilled and motivated professionals to join our esteemed team. We currently have openings for experienced Revenue Manager to contribute to the success and excellence of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue enhancement strategies to drive profitability across the hotel.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities and recommend pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to develop packages, promotions, and campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze booking patterns, room rates, and market share to adjust pricing and availability strategies constantly.
- Utilize revenue management systems and tools to gather and evaluate pertinent data for forecasting and strategic decision-making.
- Train and educate staff on revenue management concepts and best practices to ensure organization-wide adoption.
- Conduct regular revenue meetings with key stakeholders to share insights, goals, and performance metrics.
- Generate detailed reports and presentations for management, illustrating revenue performance, trends, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Exceptional analytical and mathematical abilities, with a deep understanding of revenue optimization techniques.
- Proficient in revenue management software and tools, including but not limited to RMS and PMS systems.
- Strong business acumen and a talent for identifying revenue growth opportunities.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with multiple departments.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and implement swift revenue adjustments.
- Proactive mindset with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
