Mechatronic Technician
We are seeking a Mechatronic Technician to configure, maintain, and repair small-scale to large-scale mechatronic systems and devices.
Key Activities include:
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mechatronic equipment
- Set up electronic systems and devices
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure the optimal functioning of machinery and equipment
- Estimate damage and calculate the cost of materials
- Test system functionality and analyze data
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new mechatronic equipment
- Use various tools to build and repair systems
- Collaborate with engineers and other professionals on technical tasks
Essential Skills Include:
- Should have completed Certificates / Diplomas in the relevant field
- Knowledge of fundamental mechatronics concepts, including mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and automation
- Ability to read and understand technical documents/meters/devices
- Ability to diagnose and address simple mechanical and electrical issues
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- If required, ability to work long hours and travel around the island
