Qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience in a similar capacity. (Experience in supermarket operation, logistics, and manufacturing fields would be an added advantage.)
- Finance/Management Degree from a recognized university.
- Fully or partly qualified in ACCA/CIMA/CA.
Location: Head Office, Malabe
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Inventory & Stock Management: Ensure that inventory levels are maintained adequately, and stock is controlled effectively.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial statements, as well as detailed management reports, to aid in decision-making.
- Day-to-day financial Oversight: Supervise daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures and standards.
- Account Management: Oversee accounts receivables to ensure timely collections and manage accounts payables to ensure timely payments. Maintain good relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
- Software Proficiency: Having knowledge of the "Busy" accounting system will be a significant advantage. The candidate should also be computer literate and comfortable using various software applications.
- Work Ethics: The candidate should be capable of working under pressure and be able to function effectively with minimum supervision.
