Araliya group of hotels has over 1000 rooms, restaurants, entertainments and fully equipped function spaces.

A reputed and well established hotel in Polonnaruwa required dynamic & efficient candidate in the Hospitality industry with exceptional leadership qualities, ability to drive towards company goals.

GENERAL MANAGER

  • Who can drive 104 keys in prime location in Cultural triangle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The General Manager is responsible for the overall operation, marketing, sales & administration as well as overall performance of all departments of the Hotel Sudu Araliya - Polonnaruwa, staff management and guests relation management.
  • He will be directly involved in the day to day operation of these areas along with tasks such as hiring, training, customer services and product quality with overall hotel torgets to deliver an excellent guest experience.
  • Also it is necessary to manage between profitability and guest satisfaction measures.
  • He should be an ambassador for the brand & the hotel. Provide leadership & strategic planning to all departments in support of our service culture, maximized operations and work very closely with the hotel share holders & stake holders.

He is to implement all standardized procedures, rules and regulations systematically to be in line with company and star class hotel standards / policies and more importantly to follow up on the successful implementation of the same at all times.

He/she is also actively involved in the maximization of profits, establishment of quality standards, maintenance of high staff performance and ultimately the most important customer satisfaction.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The ideal candidate is a well experienced, highly knowledgeable hotel professional with outstanding management skills and extensive hands on experience national and international.

EXPERIENCE

At least 5 to 10 years' experience in the hospitality industry with significant luxury hotels national or international, with minimum experience as a General Manager.
