TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER / ENGINEERING MANAGER (IT)

IN JAFFNA, SRI LANKA

(Fulltime working from office model)

Minimum of 12 years industry experience in Software Engineering having lead projects with a team size of at least 75+ Engineering.
At least 8+ years of experience in JAVA Spring Boot based projects with excellent hands-on.
Been a Software Architect for multiple JAVA projects having a team size of minimum 50+ Engineers.
Excellent performance tuning experience on multiple enterprise level Software on clustered multi node architecture.
At least 6 years of experience in Project Management/Delivery Manager in multiple projects in parallel, where total team size of the projects was minimum 75 Engineers.
Extensive hands-on experience on the following technologies will be very crucial: DevOps, CI/CD, Test Automation, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Mobile technologies and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
A Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field from a recognized institution.
