C Plus Design is a multidisciplinary Architectural & Interior Design Consultancy company at Nugegoda, inviting qualified professionals with relevant experience to fill the following vacancy for immediate engagement.
PROJECT MANAGER
Scope:
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, organizing, monitoring and managing all activities of the project to ensure it is executed within the planned budget, time frame, and quality standards, while adhering to company policy and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, monitoring, and managing assigned projects.
- Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders as needed.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Carrying out site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of the work.
- Submit reports to management on the progress, complaints, issues, and status of the project.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years' experience at a leading construction company as a Site Engineer / Project Manager.
- Sound knowledge in Auto Cad / MS Project / 3d Software.
- Excellent project management and supervision skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Age below 45 years.
