REGIONAL MANAGER-WESTERN REGION

JOB PROFILE

  • Build a results-driven, dynamic sales team focused on generating sales revenue through partnerships with banks, corporate entities, and small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Establish a professional relationship with the top management team of the Banking and Financial Sector, key business professionals, business organizations, government and non-government entities and brokering partners in order to develop adequate business opportunities.
  • Conducting recruitment efforts for the relevant region and determining each candidate's needs for training and growth.
  • Responsible for the execution and development of regional sales channel strategies in collaboration with the team and Head of Sales.
  • Executing successful promotional/marketing activities by evaluating the potential of the relevant region in line with key stakeholders.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • A sound educational profile (Masters Degree/ Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in a Management related discipline/Professional qualification from a well reputed university or Institute in the fields of Marketing, Business and Sales Management, Commerce streams. Or;
  • 5 years experience preferably in Banking/ Insurance/ Sales and Marketing/
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
  • Leadership skills
  • Experience in handling high net worth / banking clients - Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills -Proven track record of achievements
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
