Laboratory Manager
The selected candidate will support bulk production through the effective management and coordination of all Laboratory operations and processes whilst managing all technical aspects of laboratory, ensuring that products and processes meet Coats technical specification and desired performance levels.
Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Should be a Degree holder in Textile/Chemical from a well-recognized university.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a reputed textile dyeing and finishing plant in a team leadership capacity.
- Very Good Knowledge of visual and digital Colour management.
- Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English.
Main Responsibilities among others
- Ensure best practice in operation and continuous improvement of the KPI's in Laboratory.
- Monitor, analyze and report on lab to bulk reproducibility and work with bulk operational team to ensure that the highest levels of lab to bulk reproducibility is maintained.
