Looking for a B.Sc. Science (Or Equivalent) Fresh Graduate For SOLAR OPERATIONS!

Job Duties:
- Project management - Oversee and manage the entire solar installation process from planning to completion
- Team leadership - Lead and motivate teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budgets
- Quality Assurance - Implement and maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and quality control
- Coordination - Collaborate seamlessly with other relevant departments
- Training and development - Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in the Science field or related
- Diploma / HND in Electrical Engineering
- G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification in Mathematics
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
